Are you interested in using Pretzel City Kitchens? To become a Pretzel City Kitchens user, follow these steps:
1. Fill out the User Application form and mail or email to the addresses above.
2. A PCK representative will contact you to set up an intake meeting and a tour of the kitchen to ensure it suits your purposes.
3. Fill out the Facilities Use Agreement, which will be provided to you during the intake meeting, and mail or email to the addresses above.
4. Users must have or obtain a Certified Professional Food Manager license and provide a copy to us. For information on how to obtain this license, contact the Stephenson County Health Department at 815-235-8271.
That's it! PCK will review your paperwork and conduct a background check based on the information you provided. Then you're all set to rent the kitchen.
